What You’ll Be Doing
Account & Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with brands across various industries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Clearly communicate client needs and expectations to internal teams.
- Proactively manage issues, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
Digital Project Management
- Manage and execute digital marketing projects, CRM implementations, and campaign rollouts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, web development, CRM specialists) to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, deadlines, and budgets.
- Ensure all team members are aligned on project goals, tasks, and deliverables.
CRM & Digital Marketing Execution
- Support CRM integration, onboarding, and training for clients (HubSpot Partner).
- Monitor inbound marketing strategies and optimize campaigns for engagement and lead generation.
- Work alongside the team to develop and implement strategies for new lead generation.
- Create engaging proposals and present business cases to prospects.
- Follow through with sales cycles, ensuring timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
✅ Thai National - Bilingual (Thai & English) (Foreigners under BOI must have 5+ years of experience).
✅ 3+ years of experience in project management, digital marketing, CRM, or account management.
✅ Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales processes, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where adaptability is key.
✅ Sharp, analytical, and creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
Bonus Points If You Have:
🎯 Experience in digital marketing agencies.
📊 Knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, and Facebook Ads.
📈 Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
🛠️ Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
