About the Role
Hy Digital is a Bangkok-based growth consultancy focused on digital marketing, CRM, and AI-driven solutions. We work with clients across Asia in hospitality, B2B, and e-commerce.
We’re looking for a Digital Account & Project Manager who can take ownership of client communication, manage multiple projects through ClickUp, and coordinate internal and freelance teams. You’ll bridge strategy and execution, ensuring work moves smoothly from idea to delivery.
This role suits someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable using AI tools to make daily work more efficient—whether summarizing client feedback, drafting briefs, or tracking deliverables.
Your Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Translate client goals into actionable project plans
- Maintain structured communication and clear expectations
- In collaboration with the team, support training of client teams
- Project & Team Coordination
- Manage tasks, timelines, and progress in ClickUp
- Coordinate between designers, developers, and marketers
- Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
- AI-Enabled Efficiency
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, ClickUp AI, etc.) to streamline documentation, research, and reporting
- Help identify ways AI can optimize internal workflows
- Digital & CRM Support
- Support HubSpot onboarding and campaign coordination
- Assist in tracking performance and preparing summary reports
Who You Are
- Thai national with 3+ years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in Thai and English
- Self-reliant, proactive, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Comfortable adopting new tools and learning independently
- Bonus Points
- Previous agency experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or marketing automation
- Experience managing freelancers or remote teams
