About the Role
Hy Digital is a Bangkok-based growth consultancy focused on digital marketing, CRM systems, automation, and AI tools. We work with companies across Asia in hospitality, B2B, and e-commerce.
We are looking for a Digital Client & Project Manager who can take ownership of projects and client communication. You will manage timelines, coordinate the team, and make sure work moves forward without constant supervision.
This role suits someone who likes responsibility. You ask questions early. You follow details closely. You learn tools on your own and improve how work gets done.
You will work with international clients, digital campaigns, CRM systems like HubSpot, and modern AI tools.
Responsibilities
Client Communication and Account Management
• Act as the main contact for assigned clients
• Understand client goals and turn them into clear action plans
• Keep communication structured and organized
• Guide clients during onboarding and training sessions
• Follow up on requests, tasks, and deliverables
Project Management
• Plan and manage tasks inside ClickUp
• Track timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities
• Coordinate designers, developers, and marketing specialists
• Ensure work meets quality standards before delivery
Operational Discipline
• Document meetings and decisions clearly
• Ask questions when something is unclear
• Identify risks early and keep projects on track
• Maintain organized project documentation
AI and Tool Usage
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and ClickUp AI to support daily work
• Prepare summaries, research, and documentation faster
• Improve internal workflows where possible
Digital and CRM Support
• Support HubSpot onboarding and system setup
• Assist with campaign coordination and reporting
• Help prepare structured client updates and progress reports
Who You Are
• Thai national
• At least 1 year experience in digital marketing, project management, or CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating in Thai and English
• Able to work independently and manage priorities
• Curious and willing to learn new tools without waiting for instructions
• Comfortable asking questions to solve problems early
Bonus Points
• Experience in a digital agency
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, or Meta Ads
• Experience managing freelancers or remote teams
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday
