Full Stack Developer - WordPress & HubSpot CMS / API Integration Specialist at Hy Digital

About the Role:

Hy Digital a BOI-registered company, a digital growth & transformation agency based in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking an adaptable and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in WordPress and HubSpot CMS development. This role is ideal for developers who are skilled in PHP, WordPress, Node.js, and JavaScript and are enthusiastic about learning HubSpot’s Hubble language. You’ll be responsible for creating responsive, customised websites and applications that drive results for our clients, leveraging and expanding your technical skills.

What You Will Do:

As a Full Stack Developer at Hy Digital, you will:

• Develop Engaging Websites: Build high-quality, responsive websites on WordPress and HubSpot CMS, focusing on a smooth, cross-device user experience.
• Learn and Apply HubSpot Integrations: Utilize your background in JavaScript and Node.js to quickly learn Hubble and create custom HubSpot apps and API integrations that enhance marketing and CRM functionalities.
• Create and Optimize API Integrations: Develop seamless API connections between HubSpot and third-party systems to automate and streamline client workflows.
• Lead Development Projects: Collaborate closely with account managers from the project briefing phase to final delivery, ensuring each project meets client expectations and quality standards.
• Resolve Issues and Enhance Sites: Troubleshoot and debug website issues, including custom plugins, and maintain ongoing performance.
• Build out your own team and department
• Support and Mentor Junior Developers: Share your knowledge with team members, guiding efficient project setups and promoting best practices in development.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality websites in WordPress and HubSpot CMS.
• - Build and test custom plugins and themes, and translate XD/Figma designs into functional websites.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistency.
• Prototype new functionalities for client review and optimize based on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with designers and account managers to deliver optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in web development, preferably with WordPress and HubSpot CMS experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, and an interest in quickly learning HubSpot’s Hubble language.
• CMS Expertise: Solid experience in WordPress; experience in or readiness to learn HubSpot CMS for integration and app development.
• UI/UX Knowledge: Strong grasp of front-end design, user experience, and accessibility best practices.
• Problem Solving: Analytical skills, a logical approach to troubleshooting, and a proactive mindset.
• Preferred: Backend experience, knowledge of PHP and MySQL, and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
• Location Requirement: Thai nationals or foreigners based in Bangkok.
