What You’ll Be Doing

Design & Visual Storytelling

• Develop high-impact graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, ads, and landing pages.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and short video content for online ads and engagement campaigns.
• Work with developers and marketing teams to design conversion-optimized landing pages (Adobe XD/Figma).

UX & Web Design

• Use UX principles to craft seamless, conversion-focused website designs.
• Collaborate with developers to design UI components that enhance user experience.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize website visuals and user interactions.

Digital Creativity & Experimentation

• Stay up to date with new design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI and digital marketing.
• Develop creative campaign ideas alongside the marketing team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)

✅ Thai National (preferred).
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma).
✅ Strong UX/UI design skills with experience in Adobe XD or Figma.
✅ A creative mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
✅ Passionate about digital marketing, video content creation, and web design.
✅ Able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and execute quickly.
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects.

Bonus Points If You Have:
🎥 Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro).
📸 Skills in photography/videography.
📊 Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana).
