You will run operations across projects, team, and delivery.
You will work directly with project managers, specialists, and leadership. You will ensure work is executed properly across HubSpot projects, marketing campaigns, and consulting engagements.
This is a hands-on role. You are not only managing. You are involved in execution, structure, and improving how the team works.
We are a boutique agency. We stay focused and do not scale into a large company. This role suits someone who prefers ownership, speed, and direct impact over corporate structure.

What You Will Do
• Oversee execution of all client projects
• Support and guide project managers on delivery and structure
• Ensure HubSpot implementations and marketing work are delivered correctly
• Manage timelines, quality, and resource allocation
• Work with freelancers and external partners when needed
• Step into projects when needed to fix or improve execution
• Build and improve internal processes and workflows
• Ensure clear communication between team, clients, and partners
Who This Role Is For
• You have strong experience in operations, project management, or agency work
• You understand CRM systems, marketing execution, or consulting delivery
• You are structured and can manage multiple projects at once
• You can lead people without creating complexity
• You take ownership and fix problems early
• You are comfortable working in a smaller, high-responsibility team
